Office volunteers are greatly appreciated and provide essential parish support. These dedicated St. Gabriel’s Parishioners donate their time to aid the St. Gabriel’s Staff in both the day-to-day operations of the Parish and special projects.
Some of the ways in which they help:
- Greet and sign in visitors at the Parish Center
- Answer incoming telephone calls during regular Parish Office hours
- Assist the Parish Staff with mailings, copying, Parish Bulletin assembly, and other office functions
- Enter and update Parish data per Operations Assistant
- Take home projects as they become available
**All volunteers must be cleared through Safe Environment and will work under the supervision of the Pastoral or Operations Assistant. Volunteers will not be asked to assist with tasks outside of their physical comfort level.
